We are proud to participate in the WA state program for subsidised dental treatment for country patients.<\/p><p>If you are an adult then:<br \/>&#8211; You must have a pension concession card (PCC) or health care card (HCC) to be eligible for the country patients dental benefit scheme. <br \/>&#8211; You must also have a residential address that is within Chidlow or further from Perth. Some examples of suburbs which are <b>not <\/b>eligible for the country scheme are Stoneville, Mt Helena, Mundaring, and Sawyers Valley.<\/p><p>If you do not live in a designated country area but you have a PCC or HCC then you can attend the Swan View government dental clinic or another metropolitan government clinic. Revival Dental Chidlow does not participate in Metropolitan Patients Dental Subsidy Scheme.
