Cancellation Policy
At Revival Dental, our priority is to provide quality healthcare to all our patients in a timely manner. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, no-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and other patients, and due to the high demand for appointments, early notification allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need of prompt care.
Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure we can continue to provide the highest standard of care and accommodate all our patients efficiently, please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments:
Minimum Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
Cancellation Fee or no-show fee: A cancellation or no-show fee of $50 will apply for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
No Fee for Timely Changes: No fee will be incurred for cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. If an emergency or unavoidable situation arises that prevents you from attending at the last minute, we sincerely appreciate a courtesy call to let us know. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
