Country Patients Dental Subsidy Scheme (CPDSS)
Revival dental understands that it is difficult for many patients to afford dental care. We are proud to participate in the WA state program for subsidised dental treatment for country patients.
If you are an adult then:
– You must have a pension concession card (PCC) or health care card (HCC) to be eligible for the country patients dental benefit scheme.
– You must also have a residential address that is within Chidlow or further from Perth. Some examples of suburbs which are not eligible for the country scheme are Stoneville, Mt Helena, Mundaring, and Sawyers Valley.
If you do not live in a designated country area but you have a PCC or HCC then you can attend the Swan View government dental clinic or another metropolitan government clinic. Revival Dental Chidlow does not participate in Metropolitan Patients Dental Subsidy Scheme. For more info, please visit here (Dental Subsidy Schemes).

Department of Veterans' Affairs Subsidy
DVA gold cardholders can obtain dental treatment at revival dental with no out of pocket cost. Your post code makes no difference for this benefit. All you need to bring is your DVA card, ID, and list of any medical conditions or medications.
