Dental Subsidy Scheme WA

Revival dental understands that it is difficult for many patients to afford dental care. We are proud to participate in the WA state program for subsidised dental treatment.

If you are an adult then you must have a pension concession card (PCC), health care card (HCC), or Department of Veterans Affairs card to be eligible for the dental subsidy scheme wa, but there are further requirements.

WA Government Dental Subsidy Scheme

Please call or message for more information if you have a card and are interested in subsidised care. Eligibility is checked through an online system. Most eligible adults will have one of the cards pictured below or a DVA (Dept Veterans Affairs) card. If you have a card, bring it to your appointment.
