Key Benefits for HCF Members:
Depending on your level of cover, you’ll receive 100% back on a range of services* each calendar year, like, 1 or 2 check-ups, scale and cleans, a fluoride treatment and 2 mouthguards.
– 011, 012 or 013 Oral Examinations (Limit of 2 of any of these items per year)
– 022 Intra oral Periapical or Bitewing Radiographs (Up to 4 per day)
– 037 Panoramic Radiograph (Limit of 3 in any 5 year period)
– 111, 114 or 115 Removal of Calculus/Plaques (Limit of 2 of any of these items per year)
– 121 Topical application of fluoride – one treatment (Limit to 1 per year)
– 151 Provision of Mouthguard – indirect (Limit of 2 per year)
*100% back from providers in the No-Gap network is available on selected covers. Waiting periods and annual limits apply.
